As you know, we continue our sessions by conducting virtual meetings through Microsoft teams. You can find the details of this week’s sessions below:

2.Mindful Break Session by Şule Bakırcan
Globally we are experiencing a sudden, unexpected and indefinite situation which disrupted our usual daily routines and living circumstances. This abrupt change triggers feelings of stress, fear and anxiety in us. Our nervous system is triggered constantly and it goes into fight, flight or freeze mode to deal with this traumatic experience. As a result, we may feel depleted, anxious, distracted, lost and depressed at times. In this session, we will practice simple movement, breathing and mindfulness activities to tap into our own resources and support our nervous system to relax in this experience.
– a comfortable outfit
– yoga mat(optional), pillows/blanket to create a comfortable seating position
– a paper and pen
